• Dealerships must submit an application for approval before listing vehicles.
• Initial listings are free until a dealership receives its first lead.
• Monthly subscription fees apply, processed via a debit order system.
• Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination.

5. Dealer Accounts & Responsibilities

• Dealerships must provide accurate business details.
• Account credentials must be safeguarded.
• Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination.

6. Listing Guidelines

• Dealers must provide accurate and up-to-date vehicle information.
• Uploaded images will be watermarked with a dealer-specific watermark.
• Misleading, fraudulent, or inappropriate listings may be removed without notice.

7. Lead Generation & Buyer Interactions

• Dealers receive buyer inquiries directly via the platform and email.
• We do not manage leads or intervene in dealer-buyer interactions.
• Dealers must respond to leads professionally and promptly.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Providing false or misleading vehicle information.
• Listing unavailable vehicles.
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal practices.
• Using automated systems to scrape or copy content.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for transactions between dealers and buyers.
• We do not verify buyers’ financial credibility.
• Liability is disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by South African law.

10. Privacy Policy
